The Sixties Radical-The Dead Church Stood By and Did Nothing to Stop This Onslaught of Evil

Rush Limbaugh says this is what happens when Liberalism is on parade and these people are in charge of the government. Limbaugh added we now have a chance to teach people about the culture of Liberalism. “  This happens because of the ideological mind-set of liberals, liberalism. That, to me, is the most important target. They’re the Big Government types. They’re the ones who believe the purpose of holding office and positions in government is to use that power against their political enemies. That’s the great benefit of getting a gig at the IRS. I saw this Lois Lerner on TV today, and I’ve read about her. She’s the one that was just obsessed with Tea Party groups that were religious in nature. She’s the one demanding to know what their prayers were. She was demanding to know (paraphrasing), “What did Pat Robertson pray for you for?” She asked that of Ollie North. And Ollie North said, “I’m not answering this. It’s none of your business.”

Rush went on to say this- Now, my only point in this is that there’s a larger target here in terms of future elections, straightening out this country, there’s a larger target than just Obama, and it is the whole concept of liberalism and what it gives us: Big Government, totalitarian-like statism. All this stuff that is happening is easily explainable. If I can take some political neophytes, put ’em in a classroom, give me 30 minutes, I can make ’em understand everything happening here just because it’s liberals doing it. Now, the Republican Party ought to be doing that. The Republican Party ought to right now be taking advantage of this opportunity, but unfortunately the Republican Party doesn’t look at it that way. To them it’s just Democrats versus Republicans and we’re gonna share power and we gotta be convivial when we’re losers so that when we win, they’re not too mean to us.”

Mark Levin calls it tyranny run a muck. Levin tell us we are living in a post Constitutional era. We have Congress, Obama, and the Demo-Republican Party governing against the will of the people. Obama and Congress are changing America from a Republic to a totalitarian state. The Left and the state run and state controlled media are cheering Obama on to destroy this country. These fools do not realize once the government is done with “We The People” they will turn their tyranny on the press and those fools on the Left will not know what hit them.

Obama and his evil forces are in the process of destroying the First and Second Amendments to the Constitution. Once the evil Obama forces the Church, the People of faith, and the Synagogues to stop teaching the word of Adonai and turn the Torah and Tanakh into hate speech Obama in effect will have killed the First Amendment. Freedom of speech, freedom to exercise our right of religious freedom, and freedom of the press will now to be run the by the government. The fools in the state run media don’t see this. The press is already in the back pocket of Obama and the Demo-Republican Party.

These fools are leading the charge of their own destruction.

Obama has now in his sights the Second Amendment. Once “We The People” is disarmed we will be defenseless to the onslaught of tyranny.  This is all done by design. Obama and the Demo-Republican Party are doing this on purpose.

Rush. Mark, and Hannity are right on but these men are missing what is really going on. We as a nation have turned our backs on the reason why this country has succeeded to grow and prosper since 1776. Our founding fathers knew that the only way to succeed was to turn to the Adonai of the Torah and Tanakh, and Yeshua. When George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Ben Franklin, and others turned to prayer and asked the Adonai of the Torah and Tanakh for guidance we as nation were given Adonai’s blessings and grace. These brave men knew that Adonai was sovereign over us all. All freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness came from the Adonai of the Torah and Tanakh not the King or government.

One will not find a single mention of Christianity, The Torah or the Tanakh, or any other words referring to the Adonai of The Torah or Tanakh yet upon closer examination this country was set up upon Biblical and Torah principles. These men were men of faith and like men of today they had trouble with religion and the many denominations of Church especially the Catholic Church.

George Washington wrote George Washington, “Circular to the States,” June 8, 1783, in W. W. Abbot et al., eds., The Papers of George Washington, 1748-1799, Vol. 26 (Charlottesville, VA: University of Virginia Press, 1976-present), 483-96.

Washington concluded this letter- “I now make it my earnest prayer, that God would have you, and the State over which you preside, in his holy protection, that he would incline the hearts of the Citizens to cultivate a spirit of subordination and obedience to Government, to entertain a brotherly affection and love for one another, for their fellow Citizens of the United States at large, and particularly for their brethren who have served in the Field, and finally, that he would most graciously be pleased to dispose us all, to do Justice, to love mercy, and to demean ourselves with that Charity, humility and pacific temper of mind, which were the Characteristics of the Divine Author of our blessed Religion, and without an humble imitation of whose example in these things, we can never hope to be a happy Nation.”

James Madison argued that religious freedom is important if this country is to succeed. “It appeals to Christian citizens by emphasizing that Christianity’s own teachings preclude politically coerced support for particular sects, and to all citizens based on reason.” Memorial and Remonstrance against Religious Assessment-1785

The Religion then of every man must be left to the conviction and conscience of every man; and it is the right of every man to exercise it as these may dictate. This right is in its nature an unalienable right. It is unalienable, because the opinions of men, depending only on the evidence contemplated by their own minds cannot follow the dictates of other men: It is unalienable also, because what is here a right towards men, is a duty towards the Creator. It is the duty of every man to render to the Creator such homage and such only as he believes to be acceptable to him. This duty is precedent, both in order of time and in degree of obligation, to the claims of Civil Society. Before any man can be considered as a member of Civil Society, he must be considered as a subject of the Governor of the Universe: And if a member of Civil Society, who enters into any subordinate Association, must always do it with a reservation of his duty to the General Authority; much more must every man who becomes a member of any particular Civil Society, do it with a saving of his allegiance to the Universal Sovereign.”

Madison added – If “all men are by nature equally free and independent,” all men are to be considered as entering into Society on equal conditions; as relinquishing no more, and therefore retaining no less, one than another, of their natural rights. Above all are they to be considered as retaining an “equal title to the free exercise of Religion according to the dictates of Conscience.” Whilst we assert for ourselves a freedom to embrace, to profess and to observe the Religion which we believe to be of divine origin, we cannot deny an equal freedom to those whose minds have not yet yielded to the evidence which has convinced us. If this freedom be abused, it is an offense against God, not against man: To God, therefore, not to man, must an account of it be rendered.”

Because finally, “the equal right of every citizen to the free exercise of his Religion according to the dictates of conscience” is held by the same tenure with all our other rights. If we recur to its origin, it is equally the gift of nature; if we weigh its importance, it cannot be less dear to us; if we consult the “Declaration of those rights which pertain to the good people of Virginia, as the basis and foundation of Government,” it is enumerated with equal solemnity, or rather studied emphasis. Either then, we must say, that the Will of the Legislature is the only measure of their authority; and that in the plenitude of this authority, they may sweep away all our fundamental rights; or, that they are bound to leave this particular right untouched and sacred: Either we must say, that they may control the freedom of the press, may abolish the Trial by Jury, may swallow up the Executive and Judiciary Powers of the State; nay that they may despoil us of our very right of suffrage, and erect themselves into an independent and hereditary Assembly or, we must say, that they have no authority to enact into law the Bill under consideration. We the Subscribers say, that the General Assembly of this Commonwealth have no such authority.”

James Madison, “To the Honorable the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia A Memorial and Remonstrance,” June 20, 1785, in William T. Hutchinson et al., eds., The Papers of James Madison, Vol. 8 (Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 1962-present), 298-304. Reproduced with permission of University of Chicago Press—Books in the format Textbook via Copyright Clearance Center.

What Madison has concluded that government does not have the right to force or dictate to an individual what religion they must be member of or the dicates of conscience The government should not force people of faith to abandon their faith. The history of man is filled with such examples of this type of tyranny and totalitarianism

Madison also argued there should not be a state run and control religion like in England. Our founding fathers also saw and studied how the Catholic Church controlled and ran the governments of Germany, France and other European countries. And this is why many of our founding fathers were very skeptical of religion and how religion enslaved its people.

The true word of the Adonai of the Torah and Tanakh is to set man free not in slave him. Adonai never spoke of Religion but about following HIS WORD.

Man is fallible and this is why the simple genius of  our founding fathers set up this country this way. These men prayed and then asked the Adonai of the Torah and Tanakh for guidance.

Mark Levin is right we are in post constitutional society. The only way out of this mess is to pray to the Adonai of the Torah and Tanakh. Ask Him for forgiveness and then repent of our evil ways. Then and only then will this change the course of our country.

Adonai is showing us how far off course we have gone as a nation. The people of faith is to blame for this mess. We have not stood up and fought against the evil that has taken up principalities in this country to drive this country to hell.

Changing leaders without prayer, repenting of our evil ways, and seeking the guidance of the Adonai of The Torah and Tanakh is akin to rearranging the chairs on the Titanic.

The Sixties Radical- It’s Time For The People of Faith to Act

I am mad as a hornet. We have John Boehner and his merry band of statist giving “We The People the middle finger with his bill to grant amnesty to millions of illegals. Boehner and the rest are banking on that many of these illegals will vote for Republicans. This is pure Crapola. Only seven percent of Hispanics voted in the last election. Boehner and these morons are pissing off his base. I am at the point where I am damn sick and tired of the Republicans bullshit. Many are pissed just like me. Look butt hole Boehner if it wasn’t for us you wouldn’t be The Speaker of House. Republicans wouldn’t be in control of The House and have at least a fighting chance in the Senate.

It is time abolish this government.  “We The People” are screaming this government is broke. We have our leaders who are governing against the people. We are not your serfs or pawns or servants.  We are the sovereign not you clowns. Adonai gave us these rights. Our founding fathers gave us this very simple yet powerful piece of paper called The Constitution. Now you clowns are using it for toilet paper. Mark Levin is right we are living in a post Constitutional society. Yet no matter how many ways one cuts this to Sunday this is what happens when a nation gives Adonai “THE MIDDLE FINGER”.  We have gotten away from our founding based upon Torah and Bible principles.

I don’t care how many meetings Congress has about the scandals and the disrespect for the Law and The Constitution and the Bill of Rights the President, the IRS or whatever government agency has these meetings will not fix the problem. The problem is very simple. The People of Faith, The Church and Synagogues have not stood up to stop this tyranny and attack on the word of Adonai and his people. Until the people of Adonai put a stop to this Godlessness changing leaders or members of congress will not stop this onslaught of soft and hard tyranny.

Congress, The President and Washington DC are den of evil. There I said it. Many don’t want to look at this. We have stopped being one nation under Adonai. Instead we are nation under the rule and leadership of Satan.

This step into madness began in 1890 when Woodrow Wilson, Teddy Roosevelt, Franklin Roosevelt began their attack on Adonai and the Constitution. These men are responsible for what is happening today. Wilson etal planted the seeds of our destruction.

We will not reverse course until the leaders and the people repent and turn away from our evil ways.  Until this happens we will have a one-way ticket to hell. Adonai is warning us but we are not listening.

The word of Adonai is very clear that wrong will become right. Right will become wrong. The people will stop seeking to please Adonai and turn instead to pleasing their own pleasures and desires.

What is happening right now is right out of the Torah and Tanakh.

Daily Caller- Republican lawmakers are launching an investigation into claims that the Environmental Protection Agency, while giving preferential treatment to environmental groups, made it harder for conservative groups to obtain government records.

“According to documents obtained by the Committees, EPA readily granted FOIA fee waivers for environmental allies, effectively subsidizing them, while denying fee waivers and making the FOIA process more difficult for states and conservative groups,” wrote Republican lawmakers, including Rep. Darrell Issa and Sens. David Vitter, Chuck Grassley and Jim Inhofe in a letter to the EPA.

Citing a report by The Daily Caller News Foundation, Republicans are asking the EPA to hand over all Freedom of Information Act fee waiver requests, responses to requests, and FOIA officer training materials since the beginning of the Obama administration.

The free-market Competitive Enterprise Institute obtained documents showing that since January 2012, the EPA granted fee waivers for 75 out of 82 FOIA requests from major environmental groups and only denied seven of them, giving green groups a 92 percent success rate.

At the same time, the EPA rejected or ignored 21 out of 26 fee waiver requests from conservative groups.

“The startling disparity in treatment strongly suggests EPA’s actions are possibly part of a broader effort to collude with groups that share the agency’s political agenda and discriminate against states and conservative organizations,” the lawmakers wrote. “This is a clear abuse of discretion.”

Republicans are tying the EPA to the broader controversy over the Internal Revenue Service targeting conservative groups.

What has to happen is we must get rid of the IRS. Congress has to introduce a bill to eliminate the IRS and set in motion legislation for the Fair Tax. Then we need to eliminate the EPA, Department of Education, HUD, all czars, and all agencies that are not part of The Constitution.

Mark Levin spoke about these ideas on his show on Wednesday May 15th and I agree with him.

No one in Congress has introduced a bill to get this done. We have Congress sitting on their collective asses pretending to work for the people. Instead you are acting like god and ruler over us all. You are making a loud noise signifying nothing. In the end you blow hards will do nothing and it will revert to the same old shit over and over again.

Congress needs to defund Obamacare. None on these chicken shits will do this.

Wall Street Journal-Many Republicans are enraged over revelations in recent days that the Internal Revenue Service targeted conservative nonprofit groups with a campaign of audits and harassment. But of all the troubles now dogging the Obama administration—including the Benghazi fiasco and the Justice Department’s snooping on the Associated Press—the IRS episode, however alarming, is also the least surprising. As David Burnham noted in “A Law Unto Itself: The IRS and the Abuse of Power” (1990), “In almost every administration since the IRS’s inception the information and power of the tax agency have been mobilized for explicitly political purposes.”

President Franklin Roosevelt used the IRS to harass newspaper publishers who were opposed to the New Deal, including William Randolph Hearst and Moses Annenberg, publisher of the Philadelphia Inquirer. Roosevelt also dropped the IRS hammer on political rivals such as the populist firebrand Huey Long and radio agitator Father Coughlin, and prominent Republicans such as former Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon. Perhaps Roosevelt’s most pernicious tax skulduggery occurred in 1944. He spiked an IRS audit of illegal campaign contributions made by a government contractor to Congressman Lyndon Johnson, whose career might have been derailed if Texans had learned of the scandal.

President John F. Kennedy raised the political exploitation of the IRS to an art form. Shortly after capturing the presidency, JFK denounced “the discordant voices of extremism” and derided people who distrust their leaders—President Obama didn’t invent that particular rhetorical line. Shortly thereafter, JFK signaled at a news conference that he expected the IRS to be vigilant in policing the tax-exempt status of questionable (read: conservative) organizations.

Within a few days of Kennedy’s remarks, the IRS launched the Ideological Organizations Audit Project. It targeted right-leaning groups, including the Christian Anti-Communist Crusade, the American Enterprise Institute and the Foundation for Economic Education. Kennedy also used the IRS to strong-arm companies into complying with “voluntary” price controls. Steel executives who defied the administration were singled out for audits.

This story is from ABC News- The Internal Revenue Service official in charge of the tax-exempt organizations at the time when the unit targeted tea party groups now runs the IRS office responsible for the health care legislation.

Sarah Hall Ingram served as commissioner of the office responsible for tax-exempt organizations between 2009 and 2012. But Ingram has since left that part of the IRS and is now the director of the IRS’ Affordable Care Act office, the IRS confirmed to ABC News today.

Her successor, Joseph Grant, is taking the fall for misdeeds at the scandal-plagued unit between 2010 and 2012. During at least part of that time, Grant served as deputy commissioner of the tax-exempt unit.

Grant announced today that he would retire June 3, despite being appointed as commissioner of the tax-exempt office May 8, a week ago.

As the House voted to fully repeal the Affordable Care Act Thursday evening, House Speaker John Boehner expressed “serious concerns” that the IRS is empowered as the law’s chief enforcer.

“Fully repealing ObamaCare will help us build a stronger, healthier economy, and will clear the way for patient-centered reforms that lower health care costs and protect jobs,” Boehner, R-Ohio, said.

“Obamacare empowers the agency that just violated the public’s trust by secretly targeting conservative groups,” Rep. Marlin Stutzman, R-Ind., added. “Even by Washington’s standards, that’s unacceptable.”

Sen. John Cornyn even introduced a bill, the “Keep the IRS Off Your Health Care Act of 2013,” which would prohibit the Secretary of the Treasury, or any delegate, including the IRS, from enforcing the Affordable Care Act.

“Now more than ever, we need to prevent the IRS from having any role in Americans’ health care,” Cornyn, R-Texas, stated. “I do not support Obamacare, and after the events of last week, I cannot support giving the IRS any more responsibility or taxpayer dollars to implement a broken law.”

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell also reacted to the revelation late Thursday, stating the news was “stunning, just stunning.”

Do you want these clowns in charge of your health care? NOT ME!

Try this one on for size. New York Times- “Congressional Republicans, not resting with the Internal Revenue Service scandal, are moving to broaden the matter to an array of tax malfeasances and “intimidation tactics” they hope will ensnare the White House.
Republican charges range from clearly questionable actions to seemingly specious allegations, and they grow by the day. On Friday, lawmakers sought to tie the I.R.S. matter to the carrying out of President Obama’s health care law, which will rely heavily on the agency. Whether they succeed holds significant ramifications for Mr. Obama, who will soon know if he is dealing with a late spring thunderstorm that may soon blow over or a consuming squall that will leave lasting damage.

Representative Dave Camp, Republican of Michigan, the usually mild-mannered chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, set the tone Friday at Congress’s first hearing on the targeting of conservative groups by the I.R.S., laying out details, from the alleged threatening of donors to conservative nonprofit groups to the leaking of confidential I.R.S. documents.

In that context, he said, the screening of Tea Party groups for special scrutiny was not the scandal itself but “just the latest example of a culture of cover-ups — and political intimidation — in this administration

http://www.nytimes.com/2013/05/18/us/politics/irs-scandal-congressional-hearings.html?hp&_r=3&

The real truth is this will all blow over. Congress, The Demo-Republican Party, The Left and the state run and state controlled media will circle the wagons and protect their own asses. This is just a big show put on for “We The People. “ Real change will not take place until we return to the word of Adonai.

The Sixties Radical- Rubio is a Well Meaning Fool Who is Willingly Sold a Bill of Lies

Once again we are being led by the nose by the evil forces that are destroying this country. “We The People” are being forced to be slaughtered by well meaning fools who do not understand what kind of people they are dealing with. Marco Rubio is a well-meaning fool that has been sold a bill of goods by Obama, The Left, Chuck Schumer, Mitch McConnell, John McCain, and the statists in the Dem-Republican Party that the immgration system is broken NO SHIT SHERLOCK!  Yet no one asks the real question why is the system broken? In a few simple words- the system is broken because the laws are not enforced. If the current laws on the books are enforced this will clear up ninety to ninety-five percent of the problems we have. Then and only then can we get down the real matters at hand. To quote Mark Levin- secure the border and then get back to me.

This story just broke on the Mark Levin website Saturday May 18. House Republicans have just worked out a deal with The Democrats on their version of the amnesty bill. We have just been sold down the river by John Boehner and his band of Statists. In a matter of days this country will cease to exist. We have just opened the flood gates. Our leaders are governing against “We the People.” Lawlessness is now the law of the land. Mark Levin said it” We are now living in a post Constitution society.” Welcome the Police state called American.

Yahoo News-

A bipartisan group of House members announced a deal Thursday on sweeping immigration legislation, a breakthrough that could boost chances for one of President Barack Obama’s top second-term priorities.

It came after months of secretive talks among the four Republican and four Democratic House members had seemed to stall in recent days even as an immigration bill in the Senate moved forward. The House members met for two hours Thursday evening, emerging to announce they had a deal.

“We have an agreement in principle. We’re now going to work on finishing up the drafting of the bill,” said Rep. John Carter, R-Texas, a leader of the group.

Rep. Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill., another member, said over Twitter: “Important breakthrough, some details still to be worked out, but very pleased things are moving forward.”

Carter and others declined to give details, saying they’d agreed among themselves not to do so.

Group members had been saying for months that they were near a deal, but in recent days talks appeared close to breaking down over a few unresolved details. These included a new visa program for lower-skilled workers, and how to handle health care coverage for immigrants in the country illegally who would gain legal status under the bill. Lawmakers and aides suggested earlier Thursday that one option would be for the group to release a bipartisan bill that simply left those issues out, allowing Republicans and Democrats in the group to offer their own plans on those aspects of the legislation.

Meanwhile, members of the group were under pressure to deliver from other lawmakers and outside advocates who feared they would lose their window to have a voice in the debate if they didn’t produce something soon. A bill released last month by leading senators is moving toward a vote in theSenate Judiciary Committee and has become the focus of the immigration debate.

“I am concerned that the bipartisan group has been unable to wrap up their work,” House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, told reporters earlier Thursday, before the group announced its deal. “And I know that there are some very difficult issues that have come up. But I continue to believe that the House needs to deal with this and the House needs to work its will. How we get there, we’re still dealing with it.”

The House group had struggled to come up with a plan that could have a possibility of passing the Republican-controlled House while also satisfying Democrats in the group. They have discussed a path to citizenship that would take 15 years for the estimated 11 million people living here illegally, two years longer than contemplated by the Senate bill, which is backed by Obama.

Overall, the legislation would share the same goals as the Senate plan: boosting border security, an increased focus on workplace enforcement, new means to allow workers to enter this country legally and the eventual prospect of citizenship for millions.

As the House group bogged down, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., separately has moved forward with individual, narrowly focused bills on immigration, including one on workplace enforcement that was discussed at a hearing Thursday.

The Senate Judiciary Committee held its third work session Thursday to plow through some 300 amendments to the Senate immigration legislation. The committee voted down an amendment by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, that would have required the implementation of an electronic employer ID verification system in 18 months, instead of the four years contemplated by the bill.

Republican Sens. Jeff Flake of Arizona and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina — two of the bill’s Republican authors — voted with Democrats against the amendment, which was defeated 13-5. So did Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, a potential swing vote on the bill.

Thursday’s committee action was low-key, but behind the scenes efforts were under way to reach a deal on a series of amendments by Hatch that would benefit the high-tech community by making it easier for companies to access and use H-1B visas, which go to highly skilled workers. The bill increases the supply of these visas but also adds in protections aimed at ensuring U.S. workers get the first shot at jobs, and tech companies have objected to some of those provisions, which have been championed by Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill.

Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., a principle author of the bill, was working with Hatch to try to find a compromise but the issue was unlikely to be resolved before next week.

In addition to Carter, Republicans in the House group are Reps. Mario Diaz-Balart of Florida, Sam Johnson of Texas and Raul Labrador of Idaho. On the Democratic side, in addition to Gutierrez, they are Zoe Lofgren and Xavier Becerra of California and John Yarmuth of Kentucky.

We are told a pack of lies by the gang of eight, Obama, and the Demo-Republican Party that if we don’t grant amnesty we are hurting their dignity. If we don’t grant amnesty these illegals will stay in the shadows. If we don’t fix this problem now our economy will not grow. If amnesty is granted this will fix all of our problems. This is a bold faced lie. Rubio you are a liar. Schumer you are a lair. Obama you are a liar. The real truth is that you are pushing amnesty for illegals so you can stay in power forever. This is the real end game. The Democrat wing of the statist party needs a permanent under class to stay in power without serfs and pawns you would lose all your power.

Illegals are not in shadows. They are not living in fear. These people know we will never deport them. This is the lie told by La Raza, Obama, and the statists.

The other end game is to have open borders so the sovereignty of the USA is destroyed and the states of New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas will be returned to Mexico.

In a sane world this idea would be shot down in a second. This is what happens when a nation abandons Adonai’s word.  Yeah I know the argument how can you say this Gee Man for we must treat those who are strangers with respect and help them. This doesn’t mean they move in lock, stock, and barrel and take over our nation and destroy the very soverniety of nation.

National Review nails it on the head. Does Saul Alinsky strike a familiar note.

“In a recent NRO piece entitled “Saul Alinsky and the Gang of Eight,” I discussed how, if Schumer-Rubio becomes law, federal dollars devoted to “immigrant integration” will pour into left-wing and Islamist activist groups to fund their own vision of that process.

Now the 844-page bill has been replaced by an 867-page bill that makes the “Alinsky section” of the legislation even stronger. Under Section 2538, “Pilot Programs to Promote Immigrant Integration at State and Local Levels,” under “Authorized Activities” the bill states that “New Immigrant Councils” could be formed to promote integration locally. Originally this section, B(v), declared that the new councils would include representatives from “non profit organizations including those with experience working with immigrant communities.”

The current bill added the words “legal and advocacy” to this section. Thus, it now reads “non profit organizations including those with legal and advocacy experience working with immigrant communities.” Apparently the senators wanted to make sure that leftist and Islamist advocacy organizations (CASA, La Raza, MALDEF, and CAIR and other Islamist groups) would not simply be grant recipients themselves, but would also be entrenched on the “New Immigrant Councils” that will help guide strategy, funding, and implementation at the local level. One could guess why the four Democrats on the Gang of Eight wanted leftist and Islamist organizations with such “legal and advocacy” experience in behalf of immigrants placed on the new immigrant councils, but why did the four Republicans agree to it?

http://www.nationalreview.com/node/348374

Schumer, McCain, Graham, The Democrat Party are the same folks who lied to us in 1965 and 1988 about how of we grant amnesty to all the illegals this would fix the problem. Read the Hart Cellar Act and Mazzoli Simpson Act.

This is pure BS.

We The People are the sovereign not the government. We give you the right to govern us. It is not you who are have the power to rule over us it is “WE The People” who have the right to abolish this government or alter it. We have the right given to us in the Constitution known as the right of revolution. See The Second Amendment as an Expression of First Principles- Edward J. Erler

http://www.hillsdale.edu/news/imprimis/archive/issue.asp?year=2013&month=03

Erler further states- “Furthermore, the Declaration specifies that when government becomes destructive of the ends for which it is established—the “Safety and Happiness” of the people—then “it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.” This is what has become known as the right of revolution, an essential ingredient of the social compact and a right which is always reserved to the people. The people can never cede or delegate this ultimate expression of sovereign power. Thus, in a very important sense, the right of revolution (or even its threat) is the right that guarantees every other right. And if the people have this right as an indefeasible aspect of their sovereignty, then, by necessity, the people also have a right to the means to revolution. Only an armed people are a sovereign people, and only an armed people are a free people—the people are indeed a militia.

The Declaration also contains an important prudential lesson with respect to the right to revolution: “Prudence . . . will dictate,” it cautions, “that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes.” It is only after “a long train of abuses and usurpations pursuing invariably the same Object,” and when that object “evinces a design to reduce [the People] to absolute Despotism,” that “it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” Here the Declaration identifies the right of revolution, not only as a right of the people, but as a duty as well—indeed, it is the only duty mentioned in the Declaration.”

The prudential lessons of the Declaration are no less important than its assertion of natural rights. The prospect of the dissolution of government is almost too horrible to contemplate, and must be approached with the utmost circumspection. As long as the courts are operating, free and fair elections are proceeding, and the ordinary processes of government hold out the prospect that whatever momentary inconveniences or dislocations the people experience can be corrected, then they do not represent a long train of abuses and usurpations and should be tolerated. But we cannot remind ourselves too often of the oft-repeated refrain of the Founders: Rights and liberties are best secured when there is a “frequent recurrence to first principles.”

See above reference from The Erler article.

We The People are having rammed down our throat amnesty, gun control, and Obamacare. This is just the tip of the iceberg. We have a political class that is governing against the sovereignty of the people.

Erler lays out what the Second Amendment is all about. “  The Second Amendment reads as follows: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” The immediate impetus for the amendment has never been in dispute. Many of the revolutionary generation believed standing armies were dangerous to liberty. Militias made up of citizen-soldiers, they reasoned, were more suitable to the character of republican government. Expressing a widely held view, Elbridge Gerry remarked in the debate over the first militia bill in 1789 that “whenever Governments mean to invade the rights and liberties of the people, they always attempt to destroy the militia.”

The Second Amendment is unique among the amendments in the Bill of Rights, in that it contains a preface explaining the reason for the right protected: Militias are necessary for the security of a free state. We cannot read the words “free State” here as a reference to the several states that make up the Union. The frequent use of the phrase “free State” in the founding era makes it abundantly clear that it means a non-tyrannical or non-despotic state. Justice Antonin Scalia, writing for the majority in the case of District of Columbia v. Heller (2008), rightly remarked that the term and its “close variations” were “terms of art in 18th-century political discourse, meaning a free country or free polity.”

The principal constitutional debate leading up to the Heller decision was about whether the right to “keep and bear arms” was an individual right or a collective right conditioned upon service in the militia. As a general matter, of course, the idea of collective rights was unknown to the Framers of the Constitution—and this consideration alone should have been decisive. We have James Madison’s own testimony that the provisions of the Bill of Rights “relate [first] . . . to private rights.”

See Hillsdale Imprimis Erler The Second Amendment as an Expression of First Principles.

The key words are private rights.

Erler further states: The notion of collective rights is wholly the invention of the Progressive founders of the administrative state, who were engaged in a self-conscious effort to supplant the principles of limited government embodied in the Constitution. For these Progressives, what Madison and other Founders called the “rights of human nature” were merely a delusion characteristic of the 18th century. Science, they held, has proven that there is no permanent human nature—that there are only evolving social conditions. As a result, they regarded what the Founders called the “rights of human nature” as an enemy of collective welfare, which should always take precedence over the rights of individuals. For Progressives then and now, the welfare of the people—not liberty—is the primary object of government, and government should always be in the hands of experts. This is the real origin of today’s gun control hysteria—the idea that professional police forces and the military have rendered the armed citizen superfluous; that no individual should be responsible for the defense of himself and his family, but should leave it to the experts. The idea of individual responsibilities, along with that of individual rights, is in fact incompatible with the Progressive vision of the common welfare.”

See Hillsdale Imprimis Erler The Second Amendment as an Expression of First Principles.

This is how the Left twists the language to suit the idea that the common welfare of the state is more important than individual freedom, liberty, and the sovereignty of the individual.  The state’s end game is to control us and take away all of our liberty so we will be forced to live under the tyranny of our leaders.

When we fight to protect our individual freedom this means we must fight for the right to protect our neighbors right as well. This is one of the founding principles of this country.

We are told by the state that we are not the sovereign and individual freedom is bogus. For it is “We The People” have the right to say to who can and can’t live here. Every nation in the world has the right to do this except the USA.  For when we stand up against the rule of tyranny and those who are on purpose destroying this country we are called bigots and racists by Obama, The Demo-Republican Party, The state run and state controlled media, and The Left.

CNSNEWS-    “Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) entered a letter from law enforcement officials nationwide warning of the dangers of the immigration bill S.744 into the judiciary committee record today.

The letter To Congress from the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Council of the American Federation of Government Employees Affiliated with AFL-CIO warns of the discretionary power the bill gives to “political appointees” and takes away from law enforcers:

“Congress can and must take decisive steps to limit the discretion of political appointees and empower ICE and CBP to perform their respective missions and enforce the laws enacted by Congress. Rather than limiting the power of those political appointees within DHS, S. 744 provides them with nearly unlimited discretion, which will serve only to further cripple the law enforcement missions of these agencies.”

They warn that the Senate immigration bill gives DHS Sec. Janet Napolitano “virtually unlimited discretion to waiver” prohibitions on obtaining legal status, such as criminal activity or previous deportation:

“This same section (Section 2101 of S. 744) gives the Secretary of Homeland Security virtually unlimited discretion to waive any manner of crimes that would otherwise make an individual ineligible for legal status––for such expansive reasons as family unity, humanitarian purposes, or what the Secretary believes is in the public interest.”

“At least two of these standards appear undefined by S. 744 or current law, providing political appointees with broad authority to establish their own definitions of these terms and pardon criminal acts under almost any circumstance.”

“The bill states that individuals who have previously been deported or otherwise removed from the country are ineligible to apply for legal status. However, the Secretary is given the ‘sole and unreviewable discretion’ to waive that ineligibility for large classes of qualifying aliens.”

In seven instances, the bill grants “unreviewable” powers.

The letter concludes that ICE officers would continue to be “powerless” to protect the public and do their jobs if the bill becomes law:

“If this legislation were enacted tomorrow, ICE officers would continue to be powerless to effectively enforce our nation’s laws and provide for public safety as S. 744 does nothing to end these dangerous agency- and department-level directives.

National Review On line- “In any Gang of Eight–style caucus, assume that its Democratic members would not wish to endanger the present political realities that have changed the electoral map of the southwestern United States. In cynical fashion, Democrats will grant concessions on guest workers to pacify Republican grandees fronting for business, in exchange for amnesties that will maintain demographic dividends and their own political futures. As a general rule of thumb, any time a Democratic legislator praises a Republican counterpart for being reasonable and sensitive, we can equate such magnanimity with private guffaws about the naïveté — if not greed — of his opposite number. How ironic that the “Latino” vote is probably not what lost the Republicans the last election — instead, it was the working-class whites who stayed home because they sensed that they were not a part of Mitt Romney’s world, and who mostly oppose blanket amnesties unless they come with ironclad assurances of closed borders.

And what about the American people? The public that feels most immediately the social costs of illegal immigration bitterly resents the cynical non-enforcement of the law. Whereas professors in Maine or Wisconsin may see a liberal civil-rights issue, ranchers along the border or parents whose children are at a school in Tulare see only illiberality: the public bearing the social costs of employers’ greed, and an ethnic lobby practicing a disturbing chauvinism concerned not with illegal immigration per se, but only with illegal immigration from Latin America. (Were 1 million Chinese arriving illegally each year, La Raza would be decrying non-enforcement of the law and unfair competition to American workers.)

Solutions? Close the border. Deport illegal aliens who are not working and have been regularly on public assistance, have violated U.S. criminal laws, or have just recently arrived. After that, allow the law-abiding, employed long-term resident to pay a fine and remain on U.S. soil, while learning English and applying for citizenship — from the rear of the line. Aid the transition of American citizens off state support into the labor force; take the moral high ground with Mexico and demand respect for U.S. sovereignty and U.S. laws. Do not be bullied by La Raza, and instead understand the basis of its philological reality. Do not let yourself be demagogued by false charges of nativism and racism. Worry more about unemployed American citizens and stressed taxpayers than about Mexican nationals who are fleeing a nation rich in natural resources and in need of millions of reformers.

All that should be the basis for immigration reform — and thereby will ensure outrage from the special interests that are so heavily vested in the present violation of the law.

US News- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, a newly elected Republican with a penchant for making headlines, filed an amendment that would bar undocumented immigrants currently living in the United States from ever earning citizenship.

There are an estimated 11 million people living in the country illegally, and a bipartisan immigration reform measure would create a pathway to citizenship over the course of 13 years by requiring those people to pay penalties and back taxes, as well as learn English. Conservatives opposed to reform decry the path as amnesty, but Democrats say they will not support reform that does not cope with the immigrants already living in the U.S.

Cruz also filed amendments that he says would “strengthen border security measures; reform the high-skilled temporary worker program; modernize, streamline and expand legal immigration; and prohibit federal, state or local entitlement benefits for those here illegally.”

CNSNEWS- The immigration bill proposed by the “Gang of Eight” in the U.S. Senate includes a provision to create a commission to study the failure of securing the border’s “high-risk sectors” during any or all of the first five years after the 844-page legislation becomes law.

On page 14, Section 4 of the bill, it states that if the Department of Homeland Security certifies that it “has not achieved effective control in all high risk border sectors during any fiscal year beginning before the date that is 5 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, not later than 60 days after the date of certification there shall be established a commission to be known as the ‘Southern Border Security Commission.'”
The six-member commission would be appointed — two each — by the president, and by the leadership in the House and the Senate.

Under Section 2, Qualification for Appointment to the commission, the bill states members “shall be distinguished individuals noted for their knowledge and experience in the field of border security at the federal, state or local level.”

National Journal The night before Thursday’s marathon committee markup, members of the Senate’s Gang of Eight and their staffs huddled in a room in the Capitol to decide what amendments to their immigration bill they would let live—and what must die.

As a comprehensive immigration overhaul advances through the Senate, its chief architects will remain firmly in control of its fate. This week’s drama at the Senate Judiciary Committee provided a valuable test run for the group, which must protect their bill from changes that undermine the principles they agreed on but accept enough suggestions from their colleagues to garner at least a 60-vote majority, if not more.
It’s that kind of advance planning that helped the gang survive its first major test Thursday: a hostile amendment offered by Senate Judiciary Committee ranking member Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa. The Grassley provision would have required that the entire southern border be under effective control for six months before illegal immigrants could register for provisional legal status. The current legislation requires only that a comprehensive strategy for border security be in place.

Sen. Jeff Flake, R-Ariz., a gang member, spoke up first in defense of the current bill, followed by cosponsors Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.; Dick Durbin, D-Ill.; and Lindsey Graham, R-S.C. They joined with the remaining Democrats on the committee to defeat the Grassley amendment, 12-6.

The margin was not happenstance. Democrats, combined with Flake and Graham of the Gang of Eight, outnumber opponents by a 2-1 margin on the Judiciary panel. It’s why the toughest test for the bill in the Senate will come not in committee, but on the floor after the Memorial Day recess. Still, the committee process is an important exercise as the gang attempts to maintain solidarity and begin broadening out support.

“The eight of us are convinced that we’ve done a very good job of securing the border. That’s not to say it’s perfect, and that’s not to say other suggestions wouldn’t be listened to and we’d have an open mind to adopting them,” Schumer told reporters.

The group did accept eight Republican amendments on Thursday, including six from Grassley and Sens. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., and John Cornyn, R-Texas (two were from Flake, a member of the gang).

“But we do have a bottom line, which is that the path to citizenship has to be based on specific achievable goals,” Schumer said. … “To have a sort of elastic goal that the next president, whoever he or she is, could use to block the path to citizenship—that would be a deal-breaker.”

Each evening, the gang will reconvene before the Judiciary Committee meets to analyze the next day’s slew of amendments and decide, collectively, what stays and what goes.

Rubio you are a lair. You have sold us a bill of goods.

The Sixties Radical- Mark Levin Called It- Welcome to America The Police State

Mark Levin said it on his radio show on Tuesday May 14th. Levin said, “We are living in police state.” This is so true. Obama is shredding The Constitution, Bill of Rights and the rule of law. This evil man Obama is now the dictator. Congress is in his back pocket. These foolish men and woman are setting themselves up little theifdoms. We the People are now viewed as pawns in a deadly game of who can turn this country into a Marxist hellhole. The real truth we are now a totalitarian state. Only few brave souls are willing to stand up and fight this onslaught of tyranny.  And I can count them on one hand. Marco Rubio you are not one of them. RUBIO! YOU ARE A SELLOUT AND TURN COAT.

Look folks the state run and state controlled media, Obama, the Dem-Republican Party want us to believe that a few lower level IRS agents came up with this. You must think we are stupid to believe this bull crap.

Breitbart News-  The progressive-leaning investigative journalism group ProPublica says the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) office that targeted and harassed conservative tax-exempt groups during the 2012 election cycle gave the progressive group nine confidential applications of conservative groups whose tax-exempt status was pending.

The commendable admission lends further evidence to the lengths the IRS went during an election cycle to silence tea party and limited government voices.

ProPublica says the documents the IRS gave them were “not supposed to be made public”:

The same IRS office that deliberately targeted conservative groups applying for tax-exempt status in the run-up to the 2012 election released nine pending confidential applications of conservative groups to ProPublica late last year… In response to a request for the applications for 67 different nonprofits last November, the Cincinnati office of the IRS sent ProPublica applications or documentation for 31 groups. Nine of those applications had not yet been approved—meaning they were not supposed to be made public. (We made six of those public, after redacting their financial information, deeming that they were newsworthy.)

The group says that “no unapproved applications from liberal groups were sent to ProPublica.”

According to Media Research Center Vice President for Business and Culture Dan Gainor, ProPublica’s financial backers include top progressive donors:

ProPublica, which recently won its second Pulitzer Prize, initially was given millions of dollars from the Sandler Foundation to “strengthen the progressive infrastructure”–“progressive” being the code word for very liberal. In 2010, it also received a two-year contribution of $125,000 each year from the Open Society Foundations. In case you wonder where that money comes from, the OSF website is http://www.soros.org. It is a network of more than 30 international foundations, mostly funded by Soros, who has contributed more than $8 billion to those efforts.

On Friday, the House Ways and Means Committee is scheduled to hold a formal hearing on the IRS conservative targeting scandal. IRS Commissioner Steve Miller and Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration J. Russell George are slated to testify.

http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2013/05/14/Progressive-Group-Says-IRS-Gave-Them-Confidential-Docs-On-Conservative-Groups

Politico- The Internal Revenue Service asked tea party groups to see donor rolls.

It asked for printouts of Facebook posts.

And it asked what books people were reading.

A POLITICO review of documents from 11 tea party and conservative groups that the IRS scrutinized in 2012 shows the agency wanted to know everything — in some cases, it even seemed curious what members were thinking. The review included interviews with groups or their representatives from Hawaii, New Mexico, Ohio, Texas and elsewhere.

The long-awaited Treasury Department inspector general report released Tuesday says the agency itself decided some of its questions to conservative groups were way over the line — especially the one about donors.

The report shows that top IRS officials put a stop to some of the questions in early 2012, including the ones that asked tea party groups who their donors were, what issues were important to them and whether their top officers ever planned to run for office. And they told the investigators they planned to destroy the donor lists that had already been sent in.

But interviews with members of the groups paint a more dramatic picture than the bland language of the report, which just says the IRS “requested irrelevant (unnecessary) information because of a lack of managerial review, at all levels, of questions before they were sent to organizations seeking tax-exempt status.”

“They were asking for a U-Haul truck’s worth of information,” said Toby Marie Walker, the president of the Waco Tea Party.

We are in deep trouble. We have a runaway and out of control President, Congress, and Supreme Court. They make up the law on the fly. These statists do what they want and tell us to hell with The Constitution. It has come to this. The only thing these politicians understand is the point of a gun.

This is why our founding fathers put in the Second Amendment. This is to protect us from a tyrannical federal government. This is happening now right before our eyes.

Edward J Erler summed it up this way, “Furthermore, the Declaration specifies that when government becomes destructive of the ends for which it is established—the “Safety and Happiness” of the people—then “it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.” This is what has become known as the right of revolution, an essential ingredient of the social compact and a right which is always reserved to the people.

The Declaration also contains an important prudential lesson with respect to the right to revolution: “Prudence . . . will dictate,” it cautions, “that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes.” It is only after “a long train of abuses and usurpations pursuing invariably the same Object,” and when that object “evinces a design to reduce [the People] to absolute Despotism,” that “it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” Here the Declaration identifies the right of revolution, not only as a right of the people, but as a duty as well—indeed, it is the only duty mentioned in the Declaration.

See Erler- The Second Amendment as an Expression of First Principles Imprimis Hillsdale College.

Obama is now telling us he had nothing to do with this. He is not responsible for what is happening. It is Bush’s fault. It is Limbaugh’s fault. Hell lets blame this all on the janitor. Rush aptly called this the Limbaugh Theorem. Obama never governs. He is always campaigning against the evil conservatives. This is why Obama is diabolical. He twists the truth to suit his needs. He takes a lie and turns it into a truth. Obama is evil. He is liar. Obama is destroying this country on purpose.

This is from the Drudge Report Wednesday May 15th. The Washington Times- President Passerby needs urgently to become a participant in his presidency.

Late Monday came the breathtaking news of a full-frontal assault on the First Amendment by his administration: word that the Justice Department had gone on a fishing expedition through months of phone records of Associated Press reporters.

And yet President Obama reacted much as he did to the equally astonishing revelation on Friday that the IRS had targeted conservative groups based on their ideology: He responded as though he were just some bloke on a bar stool, getting his information from the evening news.

In the phone-snooping case, Obama didn’t even stir from his stool. Instead, he had his press secretary, former Time magazine journalist Jay Carney, go before an incensed press corps Tuesday afternoon and explain why the president will not be involving himself in his Justice Department’s trampling of press freedoms.

“Other than press reports, we have no knowledge of any attempt by the Justice Department to seek phone records of the Associated Press,” Carney announced.

The president “found out about the news reports yesterday on the road,” he added.

And now that Obama has learned about this extraordinary abuse of power, he’s not doing a thing about it. “We are not involved at the White House in any decisions made in connection with ongoing criminal investigations,” Carney argued.

Reuters correspondent Jeff Mason asked how Obama felt about “being compared to President Nixon on this.”

The press secretary laughed. “People who make those kinds of comparisons need to check their history,” he said.

The Daily Mail. Eric Holder points finger at his DEPUTY who secretly obtained journalist’s phone records as Obama is forced to say he has ‘confidence’ in the Attorney General

Justice Department obtained records listing incoming and outgoing calls and duration of calls for more than 20 telephone lines used by journalists

Lines included the main number used by reporters in the House of Reps press gallery and general AP numbers in Washington and New York

Stems from AP article talking reporting a thwarted terror attack

Attorney General Eric Holder said he had recused himself from the investigation into the leak to avoid the appearance of a conflict of interest

Said that his deputy made the decision to obtain the records

Attorney General Eric Holder went on the defensive on Tuesday explaining why the Justice Department secretly obtained two months worth of reporters’ telephone records in an ‘unprecedented’ search for a confidential source.

‘This was a very serious leak and a very, very serious leak,’ Holder said at a press conference explaining the department’s actions which have been criticized for going against the constitutional right to a free press.

Holder said that he recused himself from the making the controversial decision to subpoena the phone records of Associated Press journalists, saying that it was made by Deputy Attorney General James Cole.

He said that he was ‘confident that the people involved in this … followed all applicable Department of Justice regulations’ even though he claimed not to actually know the details of the decision-making process as a result of his recusal.

President Obama was forced to follow Holder’s press conference with the release of a statement saying that the incident does not shake his faith in his close friend and the country’s top legal adviser.

‘The president has confidence in the attorney general,’ press secretary Jay Carney said.

The controversy came when the Associated Press reported that two months worth of reporters’ telephone records without their knowledge, obtaining a wide breadth of records that had nothing to do with the leak of information that they were concerned about.

The Justice Department has spoken in the past about how they were upset over the leak of information about a foiled al Qaeda plot where the terrorist group planned to detonate a bomb on a plane bound for the United States.

‘I’ve been a prosecutor since 1976 and I have to say that this is among, if not the most serious, it is within the top two or three most serious leaks I’ve ever seen,’ Holder said.

Breitbart news- One of President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign co-chairmen used a leaked document from the IRS to attack GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney during the 2012 election, according to the National Organization for Marriage (NOM).

NOM, a pro-traditional marriage organization, claims the IRS leaked their 2008 confidential financial documents to the rival Human Rights Campaign. Those NOM documents were published on the Huffington Post on March 30, 2012. At that time, Joe Solmonese, a left-wing activist and Huffington Post contributor, was the president of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC). Solmonese was also a 2012 Obama campaign co-chairman.

Both the Huffington Post’s Sam Stein and HRC described the leak as coming from a “whistleblower.” The Huffington Post used the document to write a story questioning former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney’s support for traditional marriage. The document showed Romney donated $10,000 to NOM. HRC went a step further than the Huffington Post in its criticism of Romney and accused him of using “racially divisive tactics” in a press release.

We now have the IRS, Obama, and Congress using their powers to attack and destroy their opposition. This is right out of Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals, Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto and the Russian polite Bureau. Levin is right welcome to America The Police State.

The Sixties Radical- This is Our Wake Up Call- Obama is Evil

The attack on political opponents by Obama goes deeper than anyone has thought. Sure Bill Clinton used the IRS to go after his political enemies but what makes Obama evil is his wanton disregard for The Constitution, Bill of Rights, and rule of law. Obama thinks he can write as well as pass any law or executive order he wants. Obama no longer needs Congress to do this. He is our supreme ruler. Obama will stop at nothing to change this country into a Marxist hellhole.

The media is in his back pocket. So is The Demo-Republican Party. While this news of the IRS going after Tea Party groups, the real truth about Benghazi and the amnesty for illegals is taking a back burner.

With this three-pronged attack Obama acts like he has nothing to do with the mess that is happening in this country. Rush has called this the Limbaugh theorem. Obama is always running against the conservatives and he never is seen as governing so none of his policies stick to Obama. He has out slicked slick Willie.

By keeping “We The People” upset all the time Obama is able to sneak the lies past us yet lies always catch up with you. The lies are coming home to roost. This will happen in one fail swoop. It is almost at the point where the state run and state controlled media can’t protect Obama anymore. For “We The People” see how evil this man is.

What really grinds my ass is that the chicken shit Republicans won’t do a damn thing about this. These holier than thou congressmen are now talking tough. The real truth is these people knew about thus since 2010 and did nothing.  So we have Obama working in cahoots with Congress to take over this country and become dictators over us all. This is why I call it the Demo-Republican Party. (Harry Chalmers gave this term to me.)

If John Boehner and his silly band of chicken shit statists have their way they will pretend like they are investigation these scandals however in reality they will do nothing. John Boehner is scared to confront Obama and impeach his ass.

John Boehner is a coward.

Mark Levin and Tea Party groups brought all of this to light in 2012. Congress knew the truth. Now they act like this is the first time they heard all of this.

We hear the leaders screaming we have to get to the bottom of this. Hey you morons here is a news flash THE IRS CONFESSED TO DOING THIS LAST FRIDAY. There’s your confession now go after their asses and find out how much Obama knew.

This story broke on the Drudge Report Monday night.

AP- “The Justice Department secretly obtained two months of telephone records of reporters and editors for The Associated Press in what the news cooperative’s top executive called a “massive and unprecedented intrusion” into how news organizations gather the news.

The records obtained by the Justice Department listed outgoing calls for the work and personal phone numbers of individual reporters, for general AP office numbers in New York, Washington and Hartford, Conn., and for the main number for the AP in the House of Representatives press gallery, according to attorneys for the AP. It was not clear if the records also included incoming calls or the duration of the calls.

In all, the government seized the records for more than 20 separate telephone lines assigned to AP and its journalists in April and May of 2012. The exact number of journalists who used the phone lines during that period is unknown, but more than 100 journalists work in the offices where phone records were targeted, on a wide array of stories about government and other matters.

In a letter of protest sent to Attorney General Eric Holder on Monday, AP President and Chief Executive Officer Gary Pruitt said the government sought and obtained information far beyond anything that could be justified by any specific investigation. He demanded the return of the phone records and destruction of all copies.

“There can be no possible justification for such an overbroad collection of the telephone communications of The Associated Press and its reporters. These records potentially reveal communications with confidential sources across all of the newsgathering activities undertaken by the AP during a two-month period, provide a road map to AP’s newsgathering operations and disclose information about AP’s activities and operations that the government has no conceivable right to know,” Pruitt said.

The government would not say why it sought the records. Officials have previously said in public testimony that the U.S. attorney in Washington is conducting a criminal investigation into who may have provided information contained in a May 7, 2012, AP story about a foiled terror plot. The story disclosed details of a CIA operation in Yemen that stopped an al-Qaida plot in the spring of 2012 to detonate a bomb on an airplane bound for the United States.

In testimony in February, CIA Director John Brennan noted that the FBI had questioned him about whether he was AP’s source, which he denied. He called the release of the information to the media about the terror plot an “unauthorized and dangerous disclosure of classified information.”

This is what happens to a nation when we turn our back on the Adonai of the Torah. The press attacks the Bill of Rights and now your right of freedom of the press is under attack. Look fools this crap goes both ways and you are on the receiving end of this tyranny.

You can’t pick and choose which Amendment you want to defend. If one goes they all go. This is why it is The Bill of Rights. It is not a bill of needs.

We are now in the process turning this country into a totalitarian state.

Here are some more lies that have seen the light of day. Thank Adonai for Mark Levin

Breightbart- When accusations first emerged in 2010 that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) had targeted conservative and Tea Party groups for additional scrutiny, it was unclear how widespread the problem was, or how to respond.

Some groups sued the IRS. Some contacted Congress, which sent inquiries to the IRS over a period of several months, beginning in October 2012. The House Ways and Means Committee, which is opening hearings on the subject on Wednesday, sent three separate letters to the IRS–but the IRS claimed no knowledge of the issue.

It took the efforts of Mark Levin’s Landmark Legal Foundation to find a strategy that would yield answers. Levin, who is also one of the most popular conservative talk radio hosts in the nation, decided to approach the Inspector General of the U.S. Treasury rather than the IRS itself, which is typically opaque in its responses.

In a letter dated March 23, 2012, Levin cited reports of unfair targeting, and reported: “The information demanded [of Tea Party groups] in many cases goes far beyond the appropriate level of inquiry [for tax-exempt status].”

Levin added that an investigation into the IRS by the Inspector General “also must determine whether the relevant IRS employees are acting at the direction of politically motivated superiors.”

Levin’s letter may have been what triggered the investigation that ultimately yielded last Friday’s extraordinary apology–ahead of next week’s report by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration.

Levin described his experience to his listeners on Friday afternoon, describing a visit from two Treasury agents, who arrived at his office fully armed–they are “law enforcement,” Levin stressed–and interested in the evidence he presented, including examples of the excessive questions posed by the IRS to conservative groups.

Early reports suggested that the IRS had only recently become aware of the problem. However, the Associated Press reported Saturday that senior officials were aware that conservative groups were being targeted as far back as 2011.

Increasingly, Levin’s efforts are being recognized as one of the key factors prodding the agency to admit, finally, that it had used its powers inappropriately. Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich tweeted Sunday morning:

http://www.breitbart.com/InstaBlog/2013/05/12/How-Mark-Levin-Led-Fight-Against-IRS

AP- Senior Internal Revenue Service officials knew agents were targeting tea party groups as early as 2011, according to a draft of an inspector general’s report obtained by The Associated Press that seemingly contradicts public statements by the IRS commissioner.

The IRS apologized Friday for what it acknowledged was “inappropriate” targeting of conservative political groups during the 2012 election to see if they were violating their tax-exempt status. The agency blamed low-level employees, saying no high-level officials were aware.

But on June 29, 2011, Lois G. Lerner, who heads the IRS division that oversees tax-exempt organizations, learned at a meeting that groups were being targeted, according to the watchdog’s report. At the meeting, she was told that groups with “Tea Party,” ”Patriot” or “9/12 Project” in their names were being flagged for additional and often burdensome scrutiny, the report says.

Wall Street Journal On line- The Internal Revenue Service’s scrutiny of conservative groups went beyond those with “tea party” or “patriot” in their names—as the agency admitted Friday—to also include ones worried about government spending, debt or taxes, and even ones that lobbied to “make America a better place to live,” according to new details of a government probe.

The investigation also revealed that a high-ranking IRS official knew as early as mid-2011 that conservative groups were being inappropriately targeted—nearly a year before then-IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman told a congressional committee the agency wasn’t targeting conservative groups.

The new disclosures are likely to inflame a widening controversy over IRS handling of dozens of applications by tea-party, patriot and other conservative groups for tax-exempt status.

The details emerged from disclosures to congressional investigators by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration. The findings, which were reviewed by The Wall Street Journal, don’t make clear who came up with the idea to give extra scrutiny to the conservative groups.

The Washington Post- At various points over the past two years, Internal Revenue Service officials targeted nonprofit groups that criticized the government and sought to educate Americans about the U.S. Constitution, according to documents in an audit conducted by the agency’s inspector general.

The documents, obtained by The Washington Post from a congressional aide with knowledge of the findings, show that on June 29, 2011, IRS staffers held a briefing with senior agency official Lois G. Lerner in which they described giving special attention to instances where “statements in the case file criticize how the country is being run.” Lerner, who oversees tax-exempt groups for the agency, raised objections and the agency revised its criteria a week later.

But six months later, the IRS applied a new political test to groups that applied for tax-exempt status as “social welfare” groups, the document says. On Jan. 15, 2012 the agency decided to target “political action type organizations involved in limiting/expanding Government, educating on the Constitution and Bill of Rights, social economic reform movement.,” according to the appendix in the IG report, which was requested by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee and has yet to be released.

The new revelations are likely to intensify criticism of the IRS, which has been under fire since agency officials acknowledged they had deliberately targeted groups with “tea party” or “patriot” in their name for heightened scrutiny.

The National Review-From the Jewish Press:

The passionately pro-Israel organization Z STREET filed a lawsuit against the IRS, claiming it had been told by an IRS agent that because the organization was “connected to Israel,” its application for tax-exempt status would receive additional scrutiny.  This admission was made in response to a query about the lengthy reveiw of Z STREET’s tax exempt status application.

In addition, the IRS agent told a Z STREET representative that the applications of some of those Israel-related organizations have been assigned to “a special unit in the D.C. office to determine whether the organization’s activities contradict the Administration’s public policies.” . . .

And at least one purely religious Jewish organization, one not focused on Israel, was the recipient of bizarre and highly inappropriate questions about Israel.  Those questions also came from the same non-profit division of the IRS at issue for inappropriately targeting politically conservative groups. The IRS required that Jewish organization to state “whether [it] supports the existence of the land of Israel,” and also demanded the organization “[d]escribe [its] religious belief system toward the land of Israel.”

http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/348013/irs-inquisition-update

Buzzfeed-The head of a Jewish group that says it was targeted by the Internal Revenue Service over its opposition to President Obama’s Israel policy said Saturday that she sees parallels between the tax agency’s treatment of Tea Party groups and her own case.

The Zionist group Z Street sued the IRS in the summer of 2010, alleging that a federal agent, Diane Gentry, told the group’s lawyer that the agency was “carefully scrutinizing organizations that are in any way connected with Israel.”

The group alleged that the agent told them that “a special unit” was examining whether its activities — in pushing a hawkishly pro-Israel line — “contradict the Administration’s public policies,” referring to a provision of the tax code which can deny nonprofit status to groups that oppose “established public policy.” The provision, rarely used, has been invoked to deny that status to racist groups.

The IRS admission Friday that it had created a special track for tea party groups “is the same conduct the IRS agent told us (before she realized she shouldn’t) they were engaging in with respect to organizations ‘connected to Israel,’” Z Street President Lori Lowenthal Marcus told BuzzFeed. “Of course, she also told us that there was a special unit in Washington, D.C. where similar files may be sent to determine if an organization’s positions’ differ from that of the administration’s. I have no way of knowing — at this point — whether any conservative groups that were targeted with the admitted bad conduct were also sent to that ‘unit’ or one like it.”

The IRS, whose apology was reportedly prompted by an impending critical report by its inspector general, has denied that the special tea party review was politically motivated. A spokesperson didn’t respond to an inquiry about the Z Street case. In 2010, a spokesman declined to comment on a specific pending matter.

But the case is about to get an airing: Z Street has a hearing this July 2 in federal district court in Washington, DC, Marcus said

http://www.buzzfeed.com/bensmith/pro-israel-group-sees-same-conduct-in-irss-tea-party-campaig

from Jen Kuznicki- “Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration”

So said the report from DHS in April of 2009, “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment,” released just a week before the numerous April 15th Tax Day Tea Party protests.

That report so blatantly labeled those who demand adherence to the founding principles of this nation as hateful anti-government racists, it received immediate and overwhelming condemnation. The leader of the group that put it together, Daryl Johnson, told the Southern Poverty Law Center he felt betrayed by Janet Napolitano who initially defended the report, but after Congress denounced it, said she would have it removed from the government’s websites. The report still stands, though, and it is based almost exclusively, according to Johnson, as a reply to a question from the Capitol Police.

The report evolved in a complicated way. It began after a phone call from the U.S. Capitol police in January 2007. They wanted help with then-Sen. Barack Obama’s announcement of his candidacy for president. We monitored the Internet for about a month or so looking for threats to Obama. We didn’t see anything threat-related, but I started thinking, “What if the U.S. elects a black president? What impact will this have on extremism in this country?” It seemed pretty clear to me that it would lead to a radicalization and recruitment boom by white supremacists, militias and other right-wing extremists, because this is what they fear the most—a black president, the ultimate symbol of a minority population’s integration into U.S. society.

(emphasis mine)
So, basically DHS put out an extremely flawed report based on a hunch from an extremely biased government worker. By the way, the SPLC has been sending letters to your government agencies to continue to monitor you, based on the renowned crackpot thinking of Mark Potok and J. Richard Cohen.

If you are anti-abortion or against socialism, government workers are being directed to monitor your actions, based on the flawed thinking that it is because you are racist.

Because with pro-abort socialists in charge, you don’t have the right to disagree, you are supposed to put trust in your government.

So when tea party groups received letters from the IRS asking questions about their personal and political lives, their families, or whether or not they ever wrote down their opinions, legitimate questions were raised about these probing questions.
On March 22nd, 2012, IRS Commissioner Shulman denied that these questions were anything more than run-of-the-mill back and forth with your friendly government behemoth. The very next day, Landmark Legal Foundation sent a letter to the Inspector General, demanding an investigation into possible misconduct by the IRS and called attention to the politically charged targeting.

Last Friday, Lois Lerner, a high level officer of the IRS admitted to the targeting, but suggested it was just a few lower level people who were involved. By Saturday, we found out that she knew about it in June of 2011, and she “immediately” called for a change in flagging procedures.

Six months later, the flagging criteria changed from flagging any application that included “the words “tea party” or “patriot,” to, “ ‘political action type organizations involved in limiting/expanding Government, educating on the Constitution and Bill of Rights, social economic reform/movement,’ according to the IG report.”

Oh, okay, that’s better.

But according to the IG’s timeline, the IRS actually began targeting the groups in the spring of 2010.

Meanwhile, Obama spokesman Jay Carney insists on making sure everyone is aware that the IRS Commissioner at the time was a Bush appointee. This is inconsequential to the leagues of tea party patriot types that populate this great Nation.

It has been said, time and time again, that the tea party grew out of a resentment for the color of Obama’s skin. That is untrue, just like what Shulman said is untrue, and what Cohen and Potok and Johnson and Napolitano , all untrue.

The tea party began over the outrage of TARP, but grew significantly when Obama made his intentions for the country plain. They are not Bush supporters, nor are they Obama supporters.

Often maligned as conspiracy theorists, many tea party supporters have been vindicated over the results of the attacks on them by DHS and now the IRS, but the President himself has peevishly argued with tea party supporters, resenting that they don’t share his views, and suggesting they are against him because he is black.
The theme has been tested and proved to be wrong, but it does not matter to this administration.

It sounds like the flagging will continue, and if you have spent time educating the public on the founding and the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, you should have already received your letter.

So tell me again why I should think it’s a conspiracy theory to question the government?

Obama said recently at a graduation, “You’ve grown up hearing voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity that’s at the root of all our problems,” Obama said. “You should reject these voices. Because what these suggest is that somehow our brave, creative, unique experiment in self-rule is just a sham with which we can’t be trusted.”

The message from your ruler is clear: Just trust us, stop resisting, we know what is good for you. But just in case you decide to try to disagree, we have a number of agencies which deal with taxation and law enforcement that can deal with this sort of nonconformity.

It is time to wake up. OBAMA IS EVIL. WE MUST IMPEACH THIS MAN NOW!

The Sixties Radical-Let’s Examine the Fruits of Obama’s Labour

You can tell what a person is all about by the fruits of their labour. Obama is evil. There I said it. Let’s look at the fruits of his presidency since he took office in 2008. We have a president who is using the IRS to go after private citizens because we dare to disagree with his polices. We have the real unemployment rate at fifteen percent.  We have over 9.5 millions have left the work force since 2008.

CNSNEWS- 9.5 million Americans have left the workforce during the presidency of Barack Obama, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

In April, the total number of Americans counted as “not in the labor force” declined for the first time since December, but that number was still near a record high at 89,936,000.

Those not in the labor force declined by 31,000, from a record high of 89,967,000 in March.  That broke the recent record of 89,304,000 not in the labor force in February of this year.

Since February 2009, the first full month of Obama’s presidency, 9,549,000 people have left the labor force.  There were 80,387,000 Americans not working that month, compared with 89,936,000 not working or looking today, according to the latest economic release from BLS.

http://cnsnews.com/news/article/95-million-people-have-left-workforce-under-obama

We have a man Obama who thinks he is King and ruler over us all. He is using his power to silence “WE the People.” Obama did nothing when the consulate came under attack in Benghazi. He used the power of his office to cover up the real facts. Obama and Hilary Clinton sent out Susan Rice to lie about what really happened. Obama and Clinton blamed the murder of four Americans on a video. This man is still in jail. Obama and the federal government used as an excuse that this man broke his parole on a trumped charge of fraud when in fact they used this fake charge to put him in jail because he dared to speak the truth about Islam.

The state run and state controlled media knew the truth. The Media lied. So we have the media in the back pocket of Obama and the Demo-Republican Party to spread lies about what is really happening in this country. Obama uses the media to destroy the opposition. The media are willing participants. What I mean by the media are ABC, NBC, CBS, The New York Times, The LA Times, CNN, MSLSD, Telê mundo, Univision, and the rest.  Yet the real truth will always surface. It is surfacing now.

What is scary we have Obama directing the federal government to silence us. Obama is a dictator. Obama is evil. Yet he has been able to keep his fingerprints off of these heinous acts until now.

A few brave souls are willing to speak the truth. The state run and state controlled media, the Demo-Republican Party, the statists, the Left, and the fake conservative pundits are sent out day in and day to destroy folks like Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, and Ted Cruz. Hell we even have a turncoat in Marco Rubio attack the Heritage foundation for daring to tell the truth about his precious amnesty bill.

We have to remember the truth will always see the light of day. Adonai is giving us snap shot of what is happening to this country if we choose to see the truth. We as a nation have turned our backs on the Adonai of Avraham, Yitz’chak, and Ya’akov and Yeshua. We are reaping the fruits of our labour também.

First things first- The IRS going after the Tea Party. Mark Levin was right about this when spoke about this three to four months ago on his radio show.

CNSNEWS- The House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Oversight has thrown down an investigative gauntlet to the Internal Revenue Service, demanding that the agency hand over by next Wednesday every communication in its records that includes the words “tea party,” “patriot” or “conservative.”

The committee is also demanding of the IRS that by next Wednesday it provide the committee with the names and titles of all individuals who were involved in targeting conservative non-profit groups for more intensive review of their applications for non-profit status.

The request follows a report this morning from the Associated Press that Lois Lerner, director of the IRS Exempt Organizations Division, said at an American Bar Association conference that the IRS had targeted for special review applications of non-profit groups that included the words “tea party” or “patriot.”

http://cnsnews.com/news/article/ways-and-means-irs-provide-all-communications-containing-words-tea-party-patriot-or

Legal Insurrection reported- Mark Levin and the Landmark Legal Foundation fought to expose IRS political abuses directed at Tea Party groups.

The NY Times reported at the time:

Jay Sekulow, a conservative lawyer known more for his stands on religious freedom than for his tax work, said he is representing 16 Tea Party groups that are claiming harassment by the I.R.S., and the number is growing. He said he intended to demand an explanation from the Treasury Department on Wednesday for what he called “McCarthyism” tactics and that he would contact Republican lawmakers this week.

“This is obviously a coordinated effort by the I.R.S. to stifle these Tea Party and Tea Party-affiliated groups, and to stifle free speech activities,” Mr. Sekulow said. “It’s as onerous as what they did to the N.A.A.C.P. in the 1950s, and I plan to make that point.”

Now the IRS has admitted it’s misconduct.

http://legalinsurrection.com/2013/05/as-irs-admits-it-targeted-tea-party-groups-remember-irs-is-obamacare-enforcer/

The Wall Street Journal- Barack Obama owes his presidency in no small part to the power of rhetoric. It’s too bad he doesn’t appreciate the damage that loose talk can do to America’s tax system, even as exploding federal deficits make revenues more important than ever.

At his Arizona State University commencement speech last Wednesday, Mr. Obama noted that ASU had refused to grant him an honorary degree, citing his lack of experience, and the controversy this had caused. He then demonstrated ASU’s point by remarking, “I really thought this was much ado about nothing, but I do think we all learned an important lesson. I learned never again to pick another team over the Sun Devils in my NCAA brackets. . . . President [Michael] Crowe and the Board of Regents will soon learn all about being audited by the IRS.”

Just a joke about the power of the presidency. Made by Jay Leno it might have been funny. But as told by Mr. Obama, the actual president of the United States, it’s hard to see the humor. Surely he’s aware that other presidents, most notably Richard Nixon, have abused the power of the Internal Revenue Service to harass their political opponents. But that abuse generated a powerful backlash and with good reason. Should the IRS come to be seen as just a bunch of enforcers for whoever is in political power, the result would be an enormous loss of legitimacy for the tax system.

Our income-tax system is based on voluntary compliance and honest reporting by citizens. It couldn’t possibly function if most people decided to cheat. Sure, the system is backed up by the dreaded IRS audit. But the threat is, while not exactly hollow, limited: The IRS can’t audit more than a tiny fraction of taxpayers. If Americans started acting like Italians, who famously see tax evasion as a national pastime, the system would collapse.

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124260113149028331?mg=reno64-wsj.html%3Fdsk%3Dy

The New York Times- “Taxpayers should be encouraged by complaints from Tea Party chapters applying for nonprofit tax status at being asked by the Internal Revenue Service to prove they are “social welfare” organizations and not the political activists they so obviously are.

Tea Party supporters claim they are being politically harassed with extensive I.R.S. questionnaires. But the service properly contends that it must ensure that these groups are “primarily” engaged in social welfare, not political campaigning, to merit tax exemption under section 501(c)(4) of the tax code.

Such I.R.S. inquiries are long overdue and should be applied across the board to the growing number of organizations, allied with the major political parties, that are also ludicrously posing as “social welfare” groups. Legitimate social welfare organizations are allowed limited political activity. But these political offshoots are using that tax status in a transparent ploy to keep big donors secret while funneling the money to campaigns. Chief among these groups are American Crossroads, the campaign machine created by Republican guru Karl Rove, and Priorities USA, the Democratic counterpart founded by former White House aides, now openly encouraged by President Obama as he runs for re-election.

These groups, which already have 501(c)(4) status, should be as thoroughly investigated as any Tea Party chapter applying for that tax exempt status. So should two other blatant offenders: the conservative American Action Network, a “social welfare” claimant reported by the Center for Public Integrity to have spent more than 80 percent of its expenditures on the 2010 elections; and Americans Elect, a third-party effort enjoying “social welfare” secrecy as it secures ballot space across the nation.

http://www.nytimes.com/2012/03/08/opinion/the-irs-does-its-job.html?_r=1&
Folks this is just the tip of the iceberg. We have a president who is in the process of installing himself as our dictator and King over us all. God forbid if we stand in his way. Obama will destroy “We The People” who dare scream out about Liberty and Freedom.

Now to Benghazi. The Politico- The White House held a “deep background” briefing with reporters on Friday afternoon to discuss recent revelations about the Benghazi investigation, sources familiar with the meeting tell POLITICO.

The meeting was conducted on “deep background,” according to White House spokesman Josh Earnest, but sources told POLITICO that the existence of the meeting was “off the record.” The meeting began around 12:45 p.m. and postponed the daily, on-the-record White House press briefing until mid-afternoon.

The session was announced to reporters in the wake of an ABC News report showing that White House and State Dept. officials were involved in revising the now-discredited CIA talking points about the attack on Benghazi.

Emails obtained by ABC News show that State Dept. spokesperson Victoria Nuland requested that the CIA scrub references to an Al Qaeda-linked group, which, Nuland told White House officials, “could be abused by members [of Congress] to beat up the State Department for not paying attention to warnings.”

Correction: An earlier version of this post incorrectly referred to the meeting as “off the record.” Though the existence of the meeting was off the record, it was conducted on “deep background.”

UPDATE (3:05 p.m.): I asked Earnest to explain the meaning of “deep background,” as defined by the White House, for my readers. He emails:

Deep background means that the info presented by the briefers can be used in reporting but the briefers can’t be quoted.

UPDATE (3:30 p.m.): White House press secretary Jay Carney addressed the meeting at today’s public briefing. He said reporters from 14 news organizations were present, including television, print and online.

We have Speaker of The House John Boehner sitting on his ass doing nothing. Boehner and the rest of the House and Senate leadership are in Obama’s back pocket. John Boehner is a chicken shit. He is a gutless wonder. Here is a story from CNSNEWS-

‘Sixty-two percent of the Republican members of the House of Representatives–143 of 231–are now co-sponsoring a bill that would authorize a special committee to investigate the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya.

The only thing standing between this super-majority of House Republicans and the special investigative committee they seek is House Speaker John Boehner, who controls the legislation the Republican majority brings to the floor for a vote.

“In the last few days the public has learned stunning new revelations about the Benghazi terrorist attack and the Obama Administration’s troubling response in the hours and days that followed,” Rep. Frank Wolf (R.-Va.), the principal sponsor the legislation, said today in a letter to Boehner. “Much of this new information has come as brave whistleblowers have sought to right the record and, in doing so, may have jeopardized their careers.  Increasingly it is becoming clear that we have only scratched the tip of the iceberg.”

The Sixties Radical-It’s Time to Impeach Obama

The more news that comes out about what happened in Benghazi the sicker I get. I don’t know if I am mad as hell or sad. This garbage makes me wanna puke. I am sick tired of the state run and state controlled media lying through their teeth about the murder of our Libyan ambassador and two marines. All in all four people were murdered. Obama, Hilary Clinton, the Demo-Republican Party and the rest of the bastards did nothing. They blamed all of this crap on a video by a nut job that no one saw. Obama and Hilary Clinton are responsible for the killing of four Americans. Obama and Clinton did nothing. Obama needs to be impeached. Obama is criminal who needs to be taken out of office.

Fellow Republicans asked John Boehner to investigate what really happened in Benghazi. Boehner has blocked this and will not hold hearings. Boehner is in Obama’s hip pocket.

The smear campaign is underway against the folks who are stepping forward to tell the truth about what really happened in Benghazi. Democrat Congressmen Elijah Cummings screamed out, “ Death is a part of Life.” And then he went on and blamed these hearings on Republicans playing politics. Cummings said- “I have seen nothing to make me question the truthfulness of our nation’s military commanders.” And while he said the oversight committee has a duty to hear testimony from Hicks and the other whistleblowers, “We also have a duty to thoroughly investigate these claims before we make public accusations,” which means we’re gonna examine the seriousness of the charge.  And if we don’t think the charge is serious, then nothing else that follows is relevant.  And that’s the way they play the game.  So what he’s really talking about is this has all been trumped up.  This is nothing but an attempt to embarrass our dear president, therefore nothing happening here is real.”

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2013/05/08/dem_congressman_at_benghazi_hearing_death_is_a_part_of_life.html

Spokes hole Jay Carney said, “attempts to politicize the issue.”

The Politico- White House press secretary Jay Carney charged Wednesday that the continued scrutiny of the administration’s behavior around last year’s attack in Benghazi is little more than yet another of Republicans’ “attempts to politicize” the issue.

“This is a subject that has from its beginning been subject to attempts to politicize it by Republicans, while in fact what happened in Benghazi was a tragedy,” Carney said during his daily briefing, which took place as former diplomats testified on the attack before the House Oversight Committee.

Further examination of Benghazi is clearly political, he said, because the incident and surrounding circumstances have “been looked at exhaustively.”

The continued pursuit of details of the attack is, Carney said, “part of an effort to chase after what isn’t the substance here.” The substance, he said, is that the U.S. consulate in Benghazi was attacked, four Americans were killed and the president has worked to make sure something similar doesn’t happen again.

http://www.politico.com/politico44/2013/05/white-house-slams-attempts-to-politicize-benghazi-163504.html

This is only the beginning of the all out attacks on these brave people who are coming forward to tell the real truth about what happened in Benghazi.

Michelle Malkin wrote- “It’s on. As the White House grapples with a growing backlash over its Libya lies and lapses, President Obama’s apologists are gearing up for battle. Put on your hip-waders. Grab those tar buckets. Get ready for Operation Smear Benghazi Whistleblowers.

Capitol Hill hearings this Wednesday on the deadly 9/11 consulate attack by jihadists will feature three compelling witnesses, all State Department veterans: Gregory N. Hicks, deputy chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Libya and highest-ranking U.S. diplomat in the country at the time of the Benghazi jihad attacks; Mark I. Thompson, a former Marine who now serves as deputy coordinator for operations in the agency’s Counterterrorism Bureau; and Eric Nordstrom, a diplomatic security officer who was the top security officer in Libya.

Nordstrom first testified last fall about how State Department brass spurned his requests for increased security at the compound. Hicks and Thompson are coming forward publicly for the first time this week with more damning evidence contradicting Team Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s claims about the administration’s response the night of the attack and in the ensuing months of cover-ups.

According to the House Oversight Committee, Hicks reportedly will refute Team Obama’s claims that nobody was told to stand down and that all military resources available were used in the rescue efforts. As Special Forces prepared to fly from Tripoli to Benghazi to save lives during the attacks, Hicks says the team received a phone call from the U.S. Special Operations Command Africa telling them “you can’t go” and that the decision was “purely political.”

The State Department press office already has accused Victoria Toensing, attorney for one of the Benghazi whistleblowers, of “lying” about administration pressure on her clients. Left-wing operatives funded by billionaire George Soros have taken to Twitter to mock reports of fear and intimidation among the new witnesses. White House press secretary Jay Carney continues to sing “Long, Long Ago” and deny all wrongdoing.

The Democrats blame it on the Budget cuts.

The Weekly Standard- Democratic congressman William Lacy Clay of Missouri blamed congressional budget cuts for the terror attack on Americans in Benghazi:

http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/dem-congressman-blames-budget-cuts_721914.html

The truth- CBS News- Hoping to funnel into one chronological timeline the rampantly varying accounts of how President Obama’s administration responded last Sept. 11 in the wake of an attack on a U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday will hear from three “whistleblowers” expected to offer testimony enormously at odds with the administration’s characterization of a strike that killed four Americans.

Testifying are Mark Thompson, acting deputy assistant Secretary of State for counterterrorism; Greg Hicks, former deputy chief of mission in Libya; and Eric Nordstrom, former regional security officer in Libya. Excerpts of an interview Hicks did with investigators that were released to CBS News’ “Face the Nation” on Sunday boomeranged the Benghazi politics back into the spotlight four months after hearings on the issue in the House and Senate.

According to Hicks, “everybody in the mission” believed it was an act of terror “from the get-go.” But on Sept. 16 – five days after the attack – U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice hit the Sunday show circuit, peddling the theory that the strike began “spontaneously” out of protests in Egypt and was not a premeditated terrorist act. Rice’s spot on “Face the Nation” that day was preceded by the new president of Libya, Mohammed al-Magariaf, who said his government had “no doubt that this was pre-planned, predetermined.”

“I’ve never been as embarrassed in my life, in my career, as on that day,” Hicks told investigators of Rice’s appearances.

The top official in Libya after Amb. Chris Stevens died in the attack, Hicks said he was never consulted about the administration’s talking points that puppeteered Rice’s remarks: “I was personally known to one of Rice’s staff members,” he said. “Even on Sunday morning, I could have been called, and, you know, the phone call could have been, ‘Hey, Greg, Amb. Rice is going to say blah, blah, blah,’ and I could have said, ‘No, that’s not the right thing.’ That phone call was never made.”

Administration officials have staunchly stood by Rice, whose vilification after the attack cost her top billing on the short list to replace Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. At a Tuesday night gala at which Rice was receiving an award, Vice President Joe Biden said she had “the absolute, total, complete confidence of the president.”

Critics, though, of the Benghazi “cover-up” have continued to rally attention to the White House’s bungled talking points, as well as reports that the State Department deliberately declined requests for additional security in Benghazi

There’s more. This was taken from Politicfact-

“If the buildup doesn’t disappoint, you can expect plenty of news out of the U.S. House Oversight Committee hearing on May 8, 2013.

The panel, which includes freshman U.S. Rep. Mark Pocan, D-Madison, will review how President Barack Obama’s administration — including then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton — handled the Sept. 11, 2012 bombing at the U.S. consulate in Benghzai, Libya.

The attack killed four Americans — and set off administration critics such as U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis.

A few days before the hearing, it was disclosed that a top U.S. diplomat had said “everyone” at the consulate thought “from the beginning” that the attack was an act of terror.

And even before that, Johnson had reminded citizens at least twice of what Clinton told him about the attack during a Senate committee hearing in January 2013.

“Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night and decided they’d go kill some Americans,” Clinton said. “What difference – at this point, what difference does it make?”

So that was the punch-line quote. But what was the context?

With Benghazi back in the news and renewed attention being paid to Clinton’s comment, we thought this would be a good time for In Context, an occasional feature that gives context to statements that get widespread notice.

Based on a C-SPAN video of their six-minute exchange, here is a transcript of what Johnson and Clinton said during the Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on Jan. 23, 2013:

The Washington Times- Democrats Wednesday pooh-poohed charges of a cover-up of the Benghazi terror attacks last year, saying charges from Republican lawmakers and State Department employees were overblown and had been answered.

“I don’t think there’s a smoking gun here today,” said Rep. Mark Pocan, Wisconsin Democrat. “Not even a lukewarm slingshot.”

Mr. Pocan is a member of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, which held a hearing Wednesday to take testimony from State Department officials, including one who was one the ground in Libya during the attack, which killed Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans.

While Republicans on the panel raised questions about the Obama administration’s handling of the attack and its aftermath, many Democrats in their questions rushed to the administration’s defense.

Democratic Rep. John Tierney of Massachusetts said the House Intelligence Committee had already looked at the issue of controversial “talking points” prepared by officials a few days after the attack.

References to al Qaeda’s possible involvement in the attack were struck from the document, leading Republicans to charge that the White House had engineered the changes to hide al Qaeda’s involvement and help the president’s reelection campaign.

“Gen. Petraeus, the former head of the CIA, made it clear that the change was made to protect classified sources of information — not to spin it, not to politicize it — and it wasn’t done at the direction of the White House,” Mr. Tierney insisted.

The deeper one digs into the truth the more one sees that Obama, Hilary Clinton, and The Democrats did nothing. Obama was more worried about getting elected than saving American lives. Obama should be impeached.

Obama is evil. He is doing all of this on purpose. Obama wants to destroy this country. If Nixon or Reagan, or any one of the Bush’s did this all hell would break loose in the media. To quote Mark Levin “ Obama never has scandals, only Republicans.”

Rush calls it the Limbaugh theorem.

THIS EVIL MAN OBAMA NEEDS TO BE IMPEACHED AND THROWN IN JAIL.
