The Sixties Radical- This is Our Wake Up Call- Obama is Evil

The attack on political opponents by Obama goes deeper than anyone has thought. Sure Bill Clinton used the IRS to go after his political enemies but what makes Obama evil is his wanton disregard for The Constitution, Bill of Rights, and rule of law. Obama thinks he can write as well as pass any law or executive order he wants. Obama no longer needs Congress to do this. He is our supreme ruler. Obama will stop at nothing to change this country into a Marxist hellhole.

The media is in his back pocket. So is The Demo-Republican Party. While this news of the IRS going after Tea Party groups, the real truth about Benghazi and the amnesty for illegals is taking a back burner.

With this three-pronged attack Obama acts like he has nothing to do with the mess that is happening in this country. Rush has called this the Limbaugh theorem. Obama is always running against the conservatives and he never is seen as governing so none of his policies stick to Obama. He has out slicked slick Willie.

By keeping “We The People” upset all the time Obama is able to sneak the lies past us yet lies always catch up with you. The lies are coming home to roost. This will happen in one fail swoop. It is almost at the point where the state run and state controlled media can’t protect Obama anymore. For “We The People” see how evil this man is.

What really grinds my ass is that the chicken shit Republicans won’t do a damn thing about this. These holier than thou congressmen are now talking tough. The real truth is these people knew about thus since 2010 and did nothing.  So we have Obama working in cahoots with Congress to take over this country and become dictators over us all. This is why I call it the Demo-Republican Party. (Harry Chalmers gave this term to me.)

If John Boehner and his silly band of chicken shit statists have their way they will pretend like they are investigation these scandals however in reality they will do nothing. John Boehner is scared to confront Obama and impeach his ass.

John Boehner is a coward.

Mark Levin and Tea Party groups brought all of this to light in 2012. Congress knew the truth. Now they act like this is the first time they heard all of this.

We hear the leaders screaming we have to get to the bottom of this. Hey you morons here is a news flash THE IRS CONFESSED TO DOING THIS LAST FRIDAY. There’s your confession now go after their asses and find out how much Obama knew.

This story broke on the Drudge Report Monday night.

AP- “The Justice Department secretly obtained two months of telephone records of reporters and editors for The Associated Press in what the news cooperative’s top executive called a “massive and unprecedented intrusion” into how news organizations gather the news.

The records obtained by the Justice Department listed outgoing calls for the work and personal phone numbers of individual reporters, for general AP office numbers in New York, Washington and Hartford, Conn., and for the main number for the AP in the House of Representatives press gallery, according to attorneys for the AP. It was not clear if the records also included incoming calls or the duration of the calls.

In all, the government seized the records for more than 20 separate telephone lines assigned to AP and its journalists in April and May of 2012. The exact number of journalists who used the phone lines during that period is unknown, but more than 100 journalists work in the offices where phone records were targeted, on a wide array of stories about government and other matters.

In a letter of protest sent to Attorney General Eric Holder on Monday, AP President and Chief Executive Officer Gary Pruitt said the government sought and obtained information far beyond anything that could be justified by any specific investigation. He demanded the return of the phone records and destruction of all copies.

“There can be no possible justification for such an overbroad collection of the telephone communications of The Associated Press and its reporters. These records potentially reveal communications with confidential sources across all of the newsgathering activities undertaken by the AP during a two-month period, provide a road map to AP’s newsgathering operations and disclose information about AP’s activities and operations that the government has no conceivable right to know,” Pruitt said.

The government would not say why it sought the records. Officials have previously said in public testimony that the U.S. attorney in Washington is conducting a criminal investigation into who may have provided information contained in a May 7, 2012, AP story about a foiled terror plot. The story disclosed details of a CIA operation in Yemen that stopped an al-Qaida plot in the spring of 2012 to detonate a bomb on an airplane bound for the United States.

In testimony in February, CIA Director John Brennan noted that the FBI had questioned him about whether he was AP’s source, which he denied. He called the release of the information to the media about the terror plot an “unauthorized and dangerous disclosure of classified information.”

This is what happens to a nation when we turn our back on the Adonai of the Torah. The press attacks the Bill of Rights and now your right of freedom of the press is under attack. Look fools this crap goes both ways and you are on the receiving end of this tyranny.

You can’t pick and choose which Amendment you want to defend. If one goes they all go. This is why it is The Bill of Rights. It is not a bill of needs.

We are now in the process turning this country into a totalitarian state.

Here are some more lies that have seen the light of day. Thank Adonai for Mark Levin

Breightbart- When accusations first emerged in 2010 that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) had targeted conservative and Tea Party groups for additional scrutiny, it was unclear how widespread the problem was, or how to respond.

Some groups sued the IRS. Some contacted Congress, which sent inquiries to the IRS over a period of several months, beginning in October 2012. The House Ways and Means Committee, which is opening hearings on the subject on Wednesday, sent three separate letters to the IRS–but the IRS claimed no knowledge of the issue.

It took the efforts of Mark Levin’s Landmark Legal Foundation to find a strategy that would yield answers. Levin, who is also one of the most popular conservative talk radio hosts in the nation, decided to approach the Inspector General of the U.S. Treasury rather than the IRS itself, which is typically opaque in its responses.

In a letter dated March 23, 2012, Levin cited reports of unfair targeting, and reported: “The information demanded [of Tea Party groups] in many cases goes far beyond the appropriate level of inquiry [for tax-exempt status].”

Levin added that an investigation into the IRS by the Inspector General “also must determine whether the relevant IRS employees are acting at the direction of politically motivated superiors.”

Levin’s letter may have been what triggered the investigation that ultimately yielded last Friday’s extraordinary apology–ahead of next week’s report by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration.

Levin described his experience to his listeners on Friday afternoon, describing a visit from two Treasury agents, who arrived at his office fully armed–they are “law enforcement,” Levin stressed–and interested in the evidence he presented, including examples of the excessive questions posed by the IRS to conservative groups.

Early reports suggested that the IRS had only recently become aware of the problem. However, the Associated Press reported Saturday that senior officials were aware that conservative groups were being targeted as far back as 2011.

Increasingly, Levin’s efforts are being recognized as one of the key factors prodding the agency to admit, finally, that it had used its powers inappropriately. Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich tweeted Sunday morning:

AP- Senior Internal Revenue Service officials knew agents were targeting tea party groups as early as 2011, according to a draft of an inspector general’s report obtained by The Associated Press that seemingly contradicts public statements by the IRS commissioner.

The IRS apologized Friday for what it acknowledged was “inappropriate” targeting of conservative political groups during the 2012 election to see if they were violating their tax-exempt status. The agency blamed low-level employees, saying no high-level officials were aware.

But on June 29, 2011, Lois G. Lerner, who heads the IRS division that oversees tax-exempt organizations, learned at a meeting that groups were being targeted, according to the watchdog’s report. At the meeting, she was told that groups with “Tea Party,” ”Patriot” or “9/12 Project” in their names were being flagged for additional and often burdensome scrutiny, the report says.

Wall Street Journal On line- The Internal Revenue Service’s scrutiny of conservative groups went beyond those with “tea party” or “patriot” in their names—as the agency admitted Friday—to also include ones worried about government spending, debt or taxes, and even ones that lobbied to “make America a better place to live,” according to new details of a government probe.

The investigation also revealed that a high-ranking IRS official knew as early as mid-2011 that conservative groups were being inappropriately targeted—nearly a year before then-IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman told a congressional committee the agency wasn’t targeting conservative groups.

The new disclosures are likely to inflame a widening controversy over IRS handling of dozens of applications by tea-party, patriot and other conservative groups for tax-exempt status.

The details emerged from disclosures to congressional investigators by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration. The findings, which were reviewed by The Wall Street Journal, don’t make clear who came up with the idea to give extra scrutiny to the conservative groups.

The Washington Post- At various points over the past two years, Internal Revenue Service officials targeted nonprofit groups that criticized the government and sought to educate Americans about the U.S. Constitution, according to documents in an audit conducted by the agency’s inspector general.

The documents, obtained by The Washington Post from a congressional aide with knowledge of the findings, show that on June 29, 2011, IRS staffers held a briefing with senior agency official Lois G. Lerner in which they described giving special attention to instances where “statements in the case file criticize how the country is being run.” Lerner, who oversees tax-exempt groups for the agency, raised objections and the agency revised its criteria a week later.

But six months later, the IRS applied a new political test to groups that applied for tax-exempt status as “social welfare” groups, the document says. On Jan. 15, 2012 the agency decided to target “political action type organizations involved in limiting/expanding Government, educating on the Constitution and Bill of Rights, social economic reform movement.,” according to the appendix in the IG report, which was requested by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee and has yet to be released.

The new revelations are likely to intensify criticism of the IRS, which has been under fire since agency officials acknowledged they had deliberately targeted groups with “tea party” or “patriot” in their name for heightened scrutiny.

The National Review-From the Jewish Press:

The passionately pro-Israel organization Z STREET filed a lawsuit against the IRS, claiming it had been told by an IRS agent that because the organization was “connected to Israel,” its application for tax-exempt status would receive additional scrutiny.  This admission was made in response to a query about the lengthy reveiw of Z STREET’s tax exempt status application.

In addition, the IRS agent told a Z STREET representative that the applications of some of those Israel-related organizations have been assigned to “a special unit in the D.C. office to determine whether the organization’s activities contradict the Administration’s public policies.” . . .

And at least one purely religious Jewish organization, one not focused on Israel, was the recipient of bizarre and highly inappropriate questions about Israel.  Those questions also came from the same non-profit division of the IRS at issue for inappropriately targeting politically conservative groups. The IRS required that Jewish organization to state “whether [it] supports the existence of the land of Israel,” and also demanded the organization “[d]escribe [its] religious belief system toward the land of Israel.”

Buzzfeed-The head of a Jewish group that says it was targeted by the Internal Revenue Service over its opposition to President Obama’s Israel policy said Saturday that she sees parallels between the tax agency’s treatment of Tea Party groups and her own case.

The Zionist group Z Street sued the IRS in the summer of 2010, alleging that a federal agent, Diane Gentry, told the group’s lawyer that the agency was “carefully scrutinizing organizations that are in any way connected with Israel.”

The group alleged that the agent told them that “a special unit” was examining whether its activities — in pushing a hawkishly pro-Israel line — “contradict the Administration’s public policies,” referring to a provision of the tax code which can deny nonprofit status to groups that oppose “established public policy.” The provision, rarely used, has been invoked to deny that status to racist groups.

The IRS admission Friday that it had created a special track for tea party groups “is the same conduct the IRS agent told us (before she realized she shouldn’t) they were engaging in with respect to organizations ‘connected to Israel,’” Z Street President Lori Lowenthal Marcus told BuzzFeed. “Of course, she also told us that there was a special unit in Washington, D.C. where similar files may be sent to determine if an organization’s positions’ differ from that of the administration’s. I have no way of knowing — at this point — whether any conservative groups that were targeted with the admitted bad conduct were also sent to that ‘unit’ or one like it.”

The IRS, whose apology was reportedly prompted by an impending critical report by its inspector general, has denied that the special tea party review was politically motivated. A spokesperson didn’t respond to an inquiry about the Z Street case. In 2010, a spokesman declined to comment on a specific pending matter.

But the case is about to get an airing: Z Street has a hearing this July 2 in federal district court in Washington, DC, Marcus said

http://www.buzzfeed.com/bensmith/pro-israel-group-sees-same-conduct-in-irss-tea-party-campaig

from Jen Kuznicki- “Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration”

So said the report from DHS in April of 2009, “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment,” released just a week before the numerous April 15th Tax Day Tea Party protests.

That report so blatantly labeled those who demand adherence to the founding principles of this nation as hateful anti-government racists, it received immediate and overwhelming condemnation. The leader of the group that put it together, Daryl Johnson, told the Southern Poverty Law Center he felt betrayed by Janet Napolitano who initially defended the report, but after Congress denounced it, said she would have it removed from the government’s websites. The report still stands, though, and it is based almost exclusively, according to Johnson, as a reply to a question from the Capitol Police.

The report evolved in a complicated way. It began after a phone call from the U.S. Capitol police in January 2007. They wanted help with then-Sen. Barack Obama’s announcement of his candidacy for president. We monitored the Internet for about a month or so looking for threats to Obama. We didn’t see anything threat-related, but I started thinking, “What if the U.S. elects a black president? What impact will this have on extremism in this country?” It seemed pretty clear to me that it would lead to a radicalization and recruitment boom by white supremacists, militias and other right-wing extremists, because this is what they fear the most—a black president, the ultimate symbol of a minority population’s integration into U.S. society.

(emphasis mine)
So, basically DHS put out an extremely flawed report based on a hunch from an extremely biased government worker. By the way, the SPLC has been sending letters to your government agencies to continue to monitor you, based on the renowned crackpot thinking of Mark Potok and J. Richard Cohen.

If you are anti-abortion or against socialism, government workers are being directed to monitor your actions, based on the flawed thinking that it is because you are racist.

Because with pro-abort socialists in charge, you don’t have the right to disagree, you are supposed to put trust in your government.

So when tea party groups received letters from the IRS asking questions about their personal and political lives, their families, or whether or not they ever wrote down their opinions, legitimate questions were raised about these probing questions.
On March 22nd, 2012, IRS Commissioner Shulman denied that these questions were anything more than run-of-the-mill back and forth with your friendly government behemoth. The very next day, Landmark Legal Foundation sent a letter to the Inspector General, demanding an investigation into possible misconduct by the IRS and called attention to the politically charged targeting.

Last Friday, Lois Lerner, a high level officer of the IRS admitted to the targeting, but suggested it was just a few lower level people who were involved. By Saturday, we found out that she knew about it in June of 2011, and she “immediately” called for a change in flagging procedures.

Six months later, the flagging criteria changed from flagging any application that included “the words “tea party” or “patriot,” to, “ ‘political action type organizations involved in limiting/expanding Government, educating on the Constitution and Bill of Rights, social economic reform/movement,’ according to the IG report.”

Oh, okay, that’s better.

But according to the IG’s timeline, the IRS actually began targeting the groups in the spring of 2010.

Meanwhile, Obama spokesman Jay Carney insists on making sure everyone is aware that the IRS Commissioner at the time was a Bush appointee. This is inconsequential to the leagues of tea party patriot types that populate this great Nation.

It has been said, time and time again, that the tea party grew out of a resentment for the color of Obama’s skin. That is untrue, just like what Shulman said is untrue, and what Cohen and Potok and Johnson and Napolitano , all untrue.

The tea party began over the outrage of TARP, but grew significantly when Obama made his intentions for the country plain. They are not Bush supporters, nor are they Obama supporters.

Often maligned as conspiracy theorists, many tea party supporters have been vindicated over the results of the attacks on them by DHS and now the IRS, but the President himself has peevishly argued with tea party supporters, resenting that they don’t share his views, and suggesting they are against him because he is black.
The theme has been tested and proved to be wrong, but it does not matter to this administration.

It sounds like the flagging will continue, and if you have spent time educating the public on the founding and the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, you should have already received your letter.

So tell me again why I should think it’s a conspiracy theory to question the government?

Obama said recently at a graduation, “You’ve grown up hearing voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity that’s at the root of all our problems,” Obama said. “You should reject these voices. Because what these suggest is that somehow our brave, creative, unique experiment in self-rule is just a sham with which we can’t be trusted.”

The message from your ruler is clear: Just trust us, stop resisting, we know what is good for you. But just in case you decide to try to disagree, we have a number of agencies which deal with taxation and law enforcement that can deal with this sort of nonconformity.

http://jenkuznicki.com/2013/05/trust-your-government-or-else/

It is time to wake up. OBAMA IS EVIL. WE MUST IMPEACH THIS MAN NOW!
